Location 
Keli seatours is located in Akureyri, northeast Iceland. Our Ticket Center is conveniently located in Akureyri. All our boat tours depart from Akureyri harbour right beside our Ticket Center in Hof Menningarhús Akureyri.

Before your tour 
Please arrive to our Keli Seatours Ticket Center in Akureyri at least 30 minutes before departure to collect your tickets. Boarding is 15 minutes before departure. It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive in time, otherwise there is a risk of losing reserved places on board.

Clothing
We offer warm extra clothing on board our boats. We still highly recommend that passengers bring their own warm and waterproof clothes, footwear and protective bags for cameras, as it can be cold and wet out at sea.

Cancellations / changes 
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before departure will be fully refunded. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure will be charged full price. Reservations can be changed depending on availability on tours, without any extra cost. For cancellations and changes, please contact Keli Sea Tours directly.

Weather and sea conditions 
Tours are dependent on weather and sea conditions. For your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to change or cancel departures, even with short notice, should weather or other conditions change. In case of cancellations due to weather, customers receive a full refund or can change their departure depending on availability.

Whale sightings 
Our whale watching tours take place in wild nature, which is very unpredictable. The chances of seeing whales are up to 98%, but sightings cannot be guaranteed. If no whales (dolphins included) are seen on the tour, passengers are welcome to join a Whale Watching tour in our schedule free of charge, depending on availability. We do not refund tickets if no whales (dolphins included) are seen on the tour.

People with mobility issues, please contact us prior to booking and we will be happy to assist you.

Prices 
All prices are shown on our website in ISK and include all taxes. Online payments are charged in ISK. In our Ticket Center we accept all major cards and currencies, based on the current currency exchange rate. We reserve the right to increase prices without notice in case of currency fluctuation, government taxes or other cost increases that Keli Sea Tours cannot be held responsible for. Any price changes will not be made with less than four weeks’ notice before scheduled departure.

Customer confidentiality 
All customer details are kept by Keli Sea Tours only. However, we may contact passengers after the tour to receive customer feedback and for marketing purposes.
